Chicks for sale


In case you can't tell from these pictures, this box was indeed full of live chicks, brightly dyed in festive Easter colors.

I have no idea what someone would do with such a chick, once purchased.

    We used to have those here in TX when I was a kid!
    Didn't you in that mid-america metroplex of yours?
    Basically, they grow up and out of their colors and i dunno what then . . . I was a kid . . . maybe we ate them?
